Moisture on ceiling

by Manage My Life Last activity date:

I live in mid-Michigan and have moisture on the ceiling in several places, Mostly near the outside walls.
We have fiberglass insulation on the ceiling with several inches of blown in insulation on top of that.
I would like to know what could be the cause and the solution.
Thank you,
Wayne

Moisture is usually formed by condensation. The windows may be the culprit. I f a match flickers around the window there may be an air leak. That my two cents. You have a great advantage of having an expert help you shortly. I did find an expert answer that may shed some light in the problem until your expert can respond from managemylife.com.
