I understand that your washer is spinning during the spin cycle. I have taken some time to research your question here on the Manage My Life website and I noticed that someone else had asked a similar question with a posted response from an expert. I attached the link below for you to view. I hope the link that I provided is helpful.

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the washer. In the details of your questions, you did not stated what kind of noise the washer is making. If the washer were making a banging noise, I would suspect the washer was out of balance or over loaded. If the washer is out of balance, the outer tub can flail side to side and hit the cabinet. I recommend checking the level of the washer and make sure the leveling legs are locked down. Then make sure you are not over loading the washer.

If the noise were a grinding or a growling noise, I would suspect the problem is a defective spin bearing? This bearing is molded into the rear tub of the washer. To replace this, the washer has to be completely taken apart. The good news is the part is covered for ten years. You have to pay for labor. If you feel this is the problem I recommend calling 1-800-469-4663 to schedule service on the washer.

Please let me know if you need further assistance on the washer.

If the washer of out of balance, you need to check the level of the washer. The manual explains how to level the washer. Once the washer is level, be sure to tighten the locking nuts on each leg. Then run the washer in a spin cycle without a load. If the washer is still out of balance, there is a problem with the washer. The problem could be broken shocks, springs, or spin basket. Just let me know I can give you the instructions for checking these.

If the washer spins fine, go ahead put a load of towels in, and check the operation. Be sure, when you put the load in, you can still see the back of the spin basket at the very top. This is considered a full load.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
