Thanks for adding the model number to the thread however the number you provided is the model number of a vent hood and not the range.
Based on your symptom, the bake burner is not likely working because a faulty bake igniter. The bake operation should basically operate like the broil operation. The only difference is that the broiler is located at the top and the bake burner is located under the floor of the oven. When you start the broiler you will see a red glow of the broil igniter and once the igniter gets hot enough and pulls enough current it allows the gas valve to open and the burner ignites from the red hot igniter.
You should be able to remove the floor of the oven and then set the control to bake and see if the igniter is glowing or not. If it's glowing and not allowing the gas valve to open would mean the igniter is weak and needs to be replaced.
