Can the dishwasher be installed with 33-3/4 inch height gap?

I bought a Kenmore model # 13973 dishwasher.

There is exactly 33 3/4 inch gap between the kitchen floor and the underside of the counter top.

Can the dishwasher be installed with this height gap?

If not can what are my options?

The floor is wooden - installed about a year back over vinyl.

Now that the installer did install the dishwasher ( Kenmore # 13973 ).
I have a different problem:
The installer did not install the 2 bottom covers (on page 15 of the installation guide these are labeled the lower panel and access panel).
He said the wooden floor we too high to install these two and he could not do anything.
As I mentioned the wooden floor to bottom of the counter top is 33.75 inch. But the where the dishwasher is resting (under the counter top) it is 34 inches.
I am surprised that the dishwasher design allowed the installer to install the dishwasher but not the bottom two covers.
Can anything be done to fit these two parts?

Without these two parts the bottom 2 inches are exposed to dirt and of course the sound insulation is missing.

Thanks.

The dishwasher will fit into the height gap. To do this, the wheels and a section of the insulation blanket will need to be removed. The instructions for doing so are on page 10 of the installation guide and I provided you with a link to the guide below.
