Thank you for your question and I understand your concern. The "CE" error code implies a Communication Error. If there is a lack of communication between the machine control board and motor control board, CE will display. Generally speaking this is usually caused by a faulty fuse on the motor control board. If the fuse has failed, replace the motor control board.

NOTE: I do not recommend checking voltage unless you have experience and feel safe and confident in doing so, otherwise I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your washer.
