I'm sorry you are having this problem. The information you have received is good. Unfortunately, the model number listed is not complete and I'm unable to access any information. However, if a fan motor quits, it will cause the freezer to stop cooling. Now, if the motor in question is the evaporator motor, the freezer will usually build up a heavy frost on the back panel first. If it's the bottom condenser fan, the compressor will overheat and trip out on the overload. I hope this will help you. For more assistance, a complete model number will be needed.
