What is the best way to adhere things to stucco? We're in a rental and cant make holes

I can understand wanting to mount something to the side of the house with a stucco finish, like bird feeders or a mail box or flower box.

Because you are renting, I would suggest you find an alternative way to mount what ever you want to do, just not on the stucco.

I do not recommend mounting anything to stucco. I had a house with English ivy crawling up the stucco and while it was pretty, I had to pull it all down because it was holding moisture and causing the stucco to crack.

Making a rental your home can be challenging when it comes to hanging things on the inside and outside wall. The best advice would be to discuss what the landlord would suggest. That way there is no misunderstanding. I was able to locate a general how to hang lighter items using adhesive wall hooks and strips and I attached a link at Sears.com if you need to buy them. The expert may have better ideas.
