Is there such a thing as soy-free COQ10?

I'm supposed to take COQ10 as a daily supplement but I am also supposed to stay away from soy.(Breast cancer) Every supplement I looked at today had soy as the first ingredient. It is hard to find anything without soy today.

Soy has taken the place of other milk products and is beneficial to some. In cases like yours, I can understand you want to be careful about the ingredients. I located a couple of online sites that offer soy free COQ10 but I would also be careful buying online until you are certain of the product safety. Your doctor would probably be a good source for where to get this supplement. Another option if you have a local compounding pharmacy in your city is to talk to them. Hope this information provides some information to think about while you wait for the expert. Be well!
