HOW DO I REPLACE THE FUEL LINES FOR THE CRAFTSMAN WEEDWACKER 17'/25cc.

The answer Barbara H sent has good instructions for installing the fuel lines. The large tube is the return line for the primer. Leave 1 1/2-2 inches of the large line inside the gas tank.

The small line with the filter attached needs about 4 inches of slack inside the tank.

Replacing fuel lines can be a difficult messy business. Most of us would take the weed wacker in to a local service center for repair. If you need to locate one close to you, try the link below. If you are the handy type and want to tackle this yourself it would help the expert if you can add the model number of your unit to this thread. In the meantime, you can check a previous expert answer for fuel lines that I attached below. Hope this helps.
