Weedwacker primer bulb will not pop back out after it is depressed.

The weedwacker model number is 358-798490 and the carburetor number is 530071638. When the primer bulb is depressed it will not re-inflate, i.e., pop back out. The bulb will readily pop out when the fuel line from the bulb assembly is disconnected from the carburetor. I believe there may be a blockage in the carburetor that won't allow in air to re-inflate the bulb. Can the carburetor be repaired or should I just get a new carburetor? I appreciate any help or advice you may provide. Just in case, my email ID is JasperFicara@gmail.com.

Weedwackers are exposed to so much grit, grime and debris that it is surprising they are not clogged up even more. While you wait for the expert to review your model you can check the links below for additional information. The first link is to a previous expert answer that is similar and the second link is to the owner's manual. Hope this helps.
