I understand that your turntable is not turning and making a loud noise. I have taken some time to research your question here on the Manage My Life website and I noticed that someone else had asked a similar question with a posted response from an expert. I attached the link below if you are interested in viewing. I hope the link that I provided is helpful. Have a great day.

Remove the glass tray and the ring it turns on from the oven and place the tray on top of the ring on a flat surface. Push down on the tray slightly and rotate it to simulate it turning inside the oven. If you don't hear any noises from the tray and ring, you need to replace the turntable motor. You can order the turntable motor at

Parts Direct

The part number of the turntable motor is WB26X10038, and the price is $22.27.

To access the turntable motor, you will need to remove the cover on the bottom of the microwave. Disconnect the power to the microwave.

Remove the glass tray and ring from the oven. Pull the coupler the tray sets on straight up into the oven.

Remove the glass lenses on the cooktop lights.

Remove the screws around the edges of the cover.

Let the cover drop down from the front and lean it against the wall.

Remove the 2 screws mounting the turntable motor to the bottom of the cabinet and remove the turntable motor. Change the extension shaft over from the old turntable motor to the new.

If you are not comfortable doing this repair, you can go to
