Lawn mower (Toro) is not getting spark to the plug?

I am sorry you are having a problem with the mower. If there is no spark to the plug, the problem could be a defective spark plug, shorted kill, or failed module. I recommend trying a new plug first. If that does not help, remove the blower housing on the engine. Once it is removed take the small wire off the module and check for spark. If you have spark the kill wire is shorted somewhere. Trace the kill wire to the kill switch. If you see any bare spots on the wire, use electrical tape to repair it.

If you do not have spark the problem is likely a defective module.
