Husqvarna Chain Saw Model 350...not starting because fuel not getting thru Carburetor to engine

Chainsaw not used for 2 yrs & not starting...Put in fresh fuel & new spark plug..Engine is receiving spark. Also tried Carb cleaner thru air intake.Carb. most likely gummed up...How do I remove Carb to either clean or replace with new one?Does the cowling around the Carb need removed ? Thanks for your advice..Forrest

Thank you for your question.

I will be happy to assist you with this problem. By what you have stated I suspect the problem is the carburetor. I have posted an image below that shows how to access the carburetor. I recommend marking all of the fuel lines before you remove them. Once you have the carburetor removed click


to watch a video on how to clean the carburetor. once you have the carburetor cleaned use the instructions below to adjust the idle and high speed.
