JUST PURCHASED KENMORE ELITE 79551093010 AND IT IS STUCK IN DEMO MODE AND NOT GETTING COLD HOW DO I RESET IT?

Thank you for your question on the DEMO mode on the new refrigerator.

If you have not gotten this solved already here are the 3 ways to get the refrigerator out of DEMO MODE.

Reference the image below.

Calling the 1-800-4MY HOME and speaking to a technical specialist will usually answer this question.

When an appliance is broken, the Managemylife web site is a good resource to find out what could be happening and what options are available. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties your having with your Kenmore Refrigerator. I did some research for you at ManageMyLife and found your owner's manual that may be helpful. You can also try this. Open one door.
Press Ultra Ice / Ice Plus and Ref. Temp buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. (A sound will be heard indicating Demo Mode is deactivated.)
