kenmore washer 417.48102700 has power to control panel but won't start ,no lights nothing

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

You didn't explain where your checked the power supply at the control board or what the voltage measurement was.

If you're not getting any thing to light up on the control panel and you checked and verified the proper voltage across the Black and White wire at J14 connector then I must assume the control board located behind the console will need to be replaced. I added an image below of the wiring diagram. I circled the J14 in red where the incoming voltage connects to the control board. This is where 120 volts should be present whenever the washer is plugged into a working outlet.

NOTE: I do not recommend checking and verifying voltage unless you have experience and feel safe and confident in doing so; otherwise I recommend calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your washer.

If you do not feel confident repairing this problem yourself, then you can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician. Here is a link for the website:

I understand how important it is for your Washer to be working so that you can do your laundry without any further delay and although your Washer is not working properly, I will be happy to help.
