The spin basket inside the washer drum should spin true. It should not wobble or have any play. This could be causing the vibration that you are describing. You could have a problem with the stainless steel drum or the bearings on the back of the outer washer drum. If the washer is less than a year old, this failure should be covered by the warranty. If it is over a year old, some parts of the washer should still be covered. The spin basket has a lifetime parts warranty according to your owner's manual.
