Hi I have a Kitchen Aid Model # KEMS308SSS02 and I getting the follow error msg - Lost Err/F6 E0/ Communication - I installed a new part # W10312206 ( but I'm still getting the error. What got be wrong ?

We need to have a model number for the KitchenAid convection/conventional oven to access technical information and troubleshooting on that F6 E0 error code. That code will often indicate that you have a problem with the ribbon wire connection between the control key panel and the microcomputer control board in the console. If you check that issue yourself, be sure that you

shut off the house circuit breaker for the oven to completely disconnect electrical power before accessing internal components

. A bad control panel or a failed microcomputer control board could also cause this problem. You can sometimes reset the microcomputer and clear this code by shutting off the house circuit breaker for the oven for 5 minutes. Power the oven back up and see if you can use the control normally. This rarely works but it is worth a try.
