Infared heater

I have a Eden Pure Gen4 Quartz infrared portable heater. All 3 of the Sylvania J098 (500w 115v) heating bulbs are "fried" and not working. Does anyone know where these items can be purchased at a reasonable price? Thank you.

During this time of the year it is important to stay warm with a heater. While you are waiting for your expert answer, I did some research on the heater. At this time, I was unable to locate information that would be helpful in regards to your question. Your expert will answer within 24 to 48 hours with detailed information. Thank you for your question on the Eden Pure quartz heater.

I see what you mean by reasonable price replacement quartz bulbs for the heater.

Is there another number on the bulb that you can see?

I am sure there must be more bulb sources but after some research on the web I found this site that may help you.

Eden pure parts

I hope this will help.

That site seems to work, and we get to avoid the edenpure predatory repair service, but still support there sales since this is an authorized distributor.

Eden pure may have some innovative products, but they are not reasonably priced (the bulbs are probably not bad-I have seen other similear bulbs priced about there, but I can find a compeditor's complete new product/heater on the shelf in the store for only $50 more). Sure you are paying edenpure for cutting edge, but if they want there products out there they need to discount price them. I bought a discount (Probably refurbished) model of the Gen 4.

I live in the south, so it does not get very cold very long. I used my Gen4 for maybe 14 days. Maybe 20 total including the lowest setting, and two bulbs burned out. I called them they had me unplug it for 90 seconds or something. They said I had been resetting it wrong. They wouldn't stay on the line, finally, I called a few months later, still within my 1 year warranty, but they would require me to ship it to there service center.

Finally I was using it on high which was really low because only one bulb worked again less than a couple weeks use, it burned out. Finally frustrated, I broke the seals, and its pretty easy to service if only I can get the parts. Stamped with sylvania (as advertised) j088 -- Can't find anyone that carries them. Tried a major wholsaler who carries some pretty obscure Sylvania bulbs from heater, to .... - I even called Sylvania, and they could not figure it out. They had me email pics, but there servers reject messages (caught in some loop) Neither Sylvania or the distributor called me back probably because they could not find the parts. (also emailed the distributor pics)

I may finally get my heater working again because of this site. These bulbs are obviously not quality new. Attaching pic.
