Kenmore Elite Oasis has no power.

by Manage My Life Last activity date:

Kenmore Elite Oasis with a new interface. The washing machine just died and will not unlock. Ordered a new electrical interface, installed it and still no power. What else could it be? The outlet is good, the fuse panel is good.

Your details seem to indicate that you have the tech sheet for the washer. I provided the technical troubleshooting for a power supply problem in the image below. You can

unplug the washer

and use that information to check the power supply connections on the machine control board. If the wiring connections to that machine control board are okay and the washer still won't power up, then you will probably need to replace that machine control board. You can order that control board from the

Sears PartsDirect

website. The exact part number of the control board for your Kenmore Oasis washer will depend on the model number that you have.

If you need more help, reply with additional details and the full model number of your Kenmore Elite Oasis washer.

If you get to a point where you need to have a service technician repair the washer, you can schedule one through this link:

I appreciate the links, but neither are similar to my issue. I have no power at all to the washing machine. I am trying to figure out from previous lists about entering into a diagnostic mode, but cannot find one.
