Thank you for your question on the furnace popping.

I believe that this is a Lennox furnace.

I agree with Service man in that either the gas pressure is to low or too high.

I as agree with removing the burners and cleaning them.

This has a HSI system so that should not be a problem.

never herd of this furnace but it most likely is delayed ignition. you have to clean all the burners, oriface's and pilot assembly if there is one
