How can I prevent my Refrigerator Pantry Drawer from falling out?

I have a Whirlpool Refrigerator, Model WRT771RWYW01. The full length pantry drawer falls out when weighted down with cheese! Is there a fix?

Thank you for your question. I understand your concern about the drawer. Now, the model listed is showing to have 2 crisper drawers but no full length pantry drawer. However, I did some checking and this has not been a problem. Now, shimming the side track out slightly may help keep the drawer from falling. A technician may be needed to make this adjustment. If the center of the pantry drawer is bowing down from the weight, which can cause it to fall, the only fix for this would be less weight. I hope this will help you.
