Keurig coffee pot not brewing

by Manage My Life Last activity date:

We have a Keurig b70 coffee maker and it will not brew. The water does not leave the reservoir so we can't descale it. Ir says ready to brew and you push the brew button, then it says brewing but it does not. What can we do to fix thisproblem?

The Keurig coffeemakers I am familiar with have a plastic reservoir that sets on the coffeemaker. You can remove the reservoir with water in it and empty it into the sink. I suspect the screen at the bottom of the reservoir might be stopped up.

I am sending you link to a page that has videos showing how to clean the reservoir and other features. I hope this helps.

At this time, I was unable to locate information that would be helpful in regards to your question. Your expert will answer within 24 to 48 hours with detailed information.
