I bought the tractor 2 days ago and tryed starting it for the first time. It does not attempt to turn over. The blade is disengaged. I have the clutch in. It is in neutral. And there are 12at volts on the battery.

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry you are having a problem with the new tractor. If you are following the starting instructions in the manual and the engine will not turn over I recommend checking the fuse. The fuse is located back near the battery. If the fuse is blown, the engine will not attempt to turn over. If the fuse is fine, I recommend calling for service. The tractor has a two-year warranty against manufacture defects. A service technician will come out, diagnose the tractor, and repair it. If you would like to set up service, call 1-800-469-4663. If you do not mind, you can check all of the electrical connections on the tractor. Loose connections are the biggest cause of new tractors not starting. If the connections are fine, wait for a service tech to repair the tractor.

Again, I am sorry you are having a problem with the tractor.
