I am sorry you are having a problem with the treadmill. First, look at the end cap where the belt adjuster bolts are located. I have seen the end cap break and cause the problem you are having. The end cap should support the right and left adjuster bolt. When it breaks, the belt will slip to the broken side. The only way to the cure the problem, is to replace the end cap. The end cap can be ordered from our parts website:

If the end cap is fine, continue to tighten the left side adjuster. This should bring the waling belt back center. I have found a video that shows how to adjust the belt. Click
