I am sorry you are having a problem with the refrigerator. If the freezer is fine and the refrigerator is warm, I suspect the problem is with the airflow. First, see if the refrigerator is running. If it is running, open the freezer door and feel towards the back of the freezer. You should feel the fan blowing air. If the fan is running look towards the back wall in the freezer. If it is covered with frost the problem is with the defrost system. If it does not look to be frosted, open the refrigerator door and feel at the air vent at the top of the refrigerator. If you do not feel air coming out I recommend checking the baffle operation in the diagnostic test. The image below shows how to enter diagnostics. If it does not operate, you will need to check live voltage to the air baffle. If you have a meter and feel confident checking live voltage, please reply below with the details of what you found.
