Kenmore Product Registration

Purchased Kenmore Humidifier Model# 758.15412010 today (2-3-12) and website lists does not work, called Sears and they referred me to your site. No product registration links here either. NOW WHAT?

New products often have registration paperwork in the box that can be filled out and sent in. While you wait for the expert I attached two links below that may help with warranty, extended maintenance agreements and other information. I hope this information helps.

Thanks for contacting I apologize for any inconvenience. no longer has the product registration feature. Any item such as a humidifier would be automatically registered at the time of purchase. If a protection agreement was purchased you may call and register that by contacting the phone number in the paper work provided.

so, i can't register my products online. which means I can't keep a list of the products I own. This has to be the WORST idea I've ever heard. No wonder Sears is choking. 1st) There's no way I trust my local sears people to correctly register my products & how do I know if they even did it right? 2nd) I also just moved, after doing several purchases for the move @ my old residence. How are they supposed to know I moved if there's a severe product recall and try to reach me?? There's several other websites that allow me to store my product info regardless of where/what I bought. Very convenient to have it in one place. Sad that I'm going to "register"/log my Craftsman equipment @ Black & Decker's website. Rubbish

Anonymous I understand how important it is to have your products registered. As stated above the products are automatically registered at the time of purchase. The items are registered under your phone number, and address. If these change you may contact 1-800-469-4663 so the information is updated. does have the My Stuff feature for you to add your products on our website to keep a self inventory. Follow the instructions below for that process.

1. Log in
2. Click on your name at the top right of the page
3. Click on My Content
4. Click on Add belongings to your inventory under My Stuff
5. Click on Begin Adding under Get Started
6. Choose a Category
7. Choose the type of item
8. Once the items have been added you can add information under the Product Detail
