I purchased a Baby Boom Duffle Diaper Bag-Monkey Embroidery item # 04916644000 on January 31st, 2012 and paid for 2days shipping. On the fourth day the item was not delivered yet, I got a confirmation email stating that it was. I still haven't received the item, what am I to do? Will I be refunded?
