Kenmore refrigerator 10674254400 leaking out the bottom

My refrigerator is leaking out the bottom. The leak is slow, but steady. You can't see the water coming out but it accumulates over time. Last night I took the back plate off and saw a small amount of water leaking out of the far left back, where there is a blueish/gray piece with a ring, but it did not seem to be enough water to be causing this problem. I put towels around the bottom perimeter of the entire unit over night. The towel that was saturated in the morning was the one located on the front left side of the unit, under the water dispenser. The water dispenser is not leaking, but the leak seems to be coming from the bottom, front left of the unit. Model number of unit is: 10674254400.

Thank you for your question. I can understand your concern about this water leak. The drain pan is located behind the unit on the side where the leak seems to be coming from. It's possible the drain pan may be overfilling or cracked and could be causing this leak. Another possibility would be if the water line inside the fridge section is leaking, when the dispenser is being used. This would cause water to leak out of the front of the door. If there is any water under the crispers, it would indicate this as the most likely problem. If both of these checks are ok, I would recommend having a technician check this. I'm listing a site you can access, to have a tech come out. Here is a link for the website:

Sears Home Services

. I hope this will help you. If you would like more assistance, reply to this thread and I will be glad to assist you further.
