I am sorry you are having a problem with the refrigerator. I have looked up the warranty on this model. This refrigerator had a one-year warranty on the whole unit and a five-year warranty on the sealed system. According to our records, the refrigerator was built in 2000 and does not have any warranty left. If by chance, you might have purchased an extended warranty I recommend calling our customer service line. They will be able to see if you have an extended warranty. Their number is 1-800-469-4663.
If you do not have a warranty, I recommend having a service technician diagnose the refrigerator. The reason is I have seen customers replace refrigerator because it stopped cooling and the only problem was a loose connection or an inexpensive part failure.
