When the freezer is cold and the refrigerator is not, it is usually an air circulation problem. The links Alina F sent give good information for testing and repairing the problem.

If the airflow from the damper assembly at the top of the refrigerator section increases when you open the freezer door, the return air duct is probably restricted. Remove the crisper drawers at the bottom of the refrigerator. The return air duct is in the left rear corner of the refrigerator bottom.

Remove enough food from the freezer to see the evaporator cover where the evaporator fan is located. If the cover has frost on it, the defrost system has probably failed. This is a problem a technician should repair. You can go to

Home Services

and get a Sears technician to repair the refrigerator.

If you have a volt/ohm meter and want to repair the refrigerator yourself, reply with details of what you have found and I will be glad to help.
