The best way to hydrate yourself while working out is with water.
Drink a sip or two about every 15 minutes or so, dending upon your workout intensity.
Don't wait too long, though. If you are already thirsty by the time you take a sip, its too late. For workouts over an hour, a re hydrating drink such as Gatorade is suggested.
