Hi anneJ

Don't know if you get notified on these, but I have the same problem. I believe I can DIY, but your attachments are not legible to me - too small. Do you have them in a pdf format? Or are they posted elsewhere?

Thanks - we are unable to afford a repair dude right now, but sure need to keep washing!

Thank you AnneJ - I didn't need to even take apart anything. I looked at the front of the control panal and one of the buttons was stuck. I pushed it and it was fine...!

I know that it can be very difficult to have issues with your washer. The error code that you are receding is due to a failure in either the control panel, the push buttons. The first image will provide a parts diagram for the controls. The other two are the disassembly instructions. I would suggest you replace locate the damage button (if there is one you will see the damage) and replace it. If you are not seeing any of them damaged, you will need to replace the control board. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.

I conacted Samsung and was told that it means that one of my buttons in the control panel is jammed, so none of the buttons will work until that is fixed. My husband opened up the panel, but we don't know which button is the one with problems. Can we fix this or we have to replace the entire panel? Which part should I use, Pcb main or sub, or both? Please help!!!
