Error code F08 and E01 on my whirlpool front loading washing machine model number WFW94HEXW.
It was just delivered yesterday and it did not come with a drain pipe and we were told that WE HAD TO GET ONE!!! Long story but after we went back to the Great Indoors in Gaithersburg MD the appliance manager just said that it was "as is" and accessories aren't always included. My fiance did look on it and when we bought it it DID have the hose connected to it!! Anyway he went and got a drain hose from a Maytag washer and said it would work. Then of course WE had to connect it and it doesn't work. It keeps coming up with these codes. Sears told us to return it and the Great Indoors is not open yet and I have my doubts as to what they will tell me.

It is definitely concerning to receive an error code on your appliance. I have done some research on the Manage My Life website and have located a link that you may find helpful towards your issue. While you are waiting for a detailed reply from an expert I have provided the link below. If you do decide to have a technician diagnose and make repairs, an option is to visit Sears Home Services and use the handy scheduler, which I have also added the link below. Hope this helps!
The information about the error code you are seeing is in the image below. If the washer is brand new and just delivered then first I suggest you check the drain hose and how far down the standpipe it is. If the drain hose is to far down the standpipe or if there is no air gap around the hose and standpipe then a siphon might occur. The water mid cycle might fill and drain at the same time. Check this first and let me know how it goes before calling service.
