Microwave Hood Combination unit model 721.86019010 exhaust/blower issue

My microwave unit will not draw in the steam from boiling water or anything else. the blower runs and adjusts to all five speeds. Air comes out the top of the unit very strong. No draw from bottom. Any idea what my problem could be? Don't see anything blocking intake. I have removed both left and right grease filters but does not help any

Your details seem to indicate that the microwave is set up to recirculate the air back into your kitchen. The fan is rated at 300 CFM of air movement. That fan will move a significant amount of air but it will not necessarily create a clearly visible draw on the steam coming boiling water on the cook top. Hold a piece of notebook paper up against the intake at the bottom of that range hood to test the draw. If the notebook paper will drawn up to the intake then the unit is probably working normally.

If you are getting no draw at all then you may need to check the charcoal filter as shown in your owner's manual. Here is a link for your owner's manual in case you need it:

If you are certain that the fan is malfunctioning, then I recommend that you have the microwave examined by a technician. You can schedule service through this link:
