I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with a brand new trimmer. On the first initial charge for the battery, it needs to charge for a full 24 hours. If you are not getting a charge after the 24 hour period, then it you have either a faulty battery or charger. This is cover under the warranty, so you can take it to have it repaired or you can exchange it for a different one. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread.
