how do i get a copy of an old receipt?

im trying to exchange my tv cause its had a problem but i need the receipt and i don't know where its at. im trying to get a copy of it. i was told i could find it on my account but I've only found proof i bought it in my history on shopyourway.com but no receipt, can anyone help?

Thanks for contacting ManageMyLife.com. I understand how important it is to have the receipt for a return. Obtaining the receipt all depends on how the TV was purchased. If it was purchased in store you would need to contact the store. The Sears stores generally keeps the receipts on file for a year. If this was purchased online through Sears.com you may contact them so it can be emailed to you. Just go to the Worry Free Shopping tab at the bottom of the page on Sears.com and click on the Shopping Helpers link on Sears.com. From there you can click on the Email, Chat, or Talk links to speak to an agent directly for assistance.
