Kenmore model 110.21102010

I am disappointed with this washer. I assumed that Kenmore was better quality. The electronics are all screwed up. When starting the washer, you push the start/pause button. The fill button flashes but nothing happens. After pushing the start/pause button several times it will finally fill up. The wash button will finally flash but nothing will happen until you push the start/pause button again. The wash cycle comes on but stops after about 30 seconds. Then the machine drains without washing. All the other cycles ( rinse/drain and drain/dry ) do not work unless you put the activator control on those specific items and push the start/pause button. I need some expert advice on this. Is there any way to check the electronics? If you can't help, I guess I will have to have a professional come out and check it.

Thanks, Rich

I know that it can be very frustrating to have issues with your washer. There are several test that you can run that will determine what the issues is, include a calibration mode. It is possible that there could have been a power surge or hiccup that is cause the control to malfunction. This mode will fix that. If your are still having issues with the controls after the testing, you will need to replace the control board. If you need to order parts just click on this link:

Sears Parts Direct

. If you don't fell comfortable doing the testing on your own, just click on this link to schedule service:

Sears Home Services

. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
