Your model has a simmer select switch and a simmer select control board. If the simmer select indicator light will not turn off, the simmer select switch is likely faulty. Even if the simmer select switch is faulty, it would not prevent the other surface elements from operating. It would only affect the Left Front surface element that simmer select switch operates.
If the oven will operate but none of the surface elements; I would suspect a wiring connection failure with the range. I strongly suggest calling a service technician to diagnose and repair your range. If the oven does not operate, I recommend locating the 2 house circuit breakers dedicated for the range and reset both circuit breakers. Flip both circuit breakers off and on 2-3 times and then see if the oven and surface elements will operate. If not, I recommend calling for service.
