I know that it can be very difficult to have issues with you microwave. The keypad membrane/control part number can be difficult to find. This part comes in four different colors, so in order to find the right part number you will need to include what color it is. You can find parts at this link:

Sears Parts Direct

. As for the instructions on how to install it, I am sorry but we can not provide that for you. There are several very dangerous components, that can cause bodily harm or even death if they are touch, so I would not recommend that you do this. If you would like to schedule service, just click on this link:

I understand you are experiencing difficulties with your Microwave. Microwaves contain high voltage internal components that can retain a lethal electrical charge even when the microwave is completely unplugged. Door repairs and adjustments, even minor ones, can cause microwave leakage and a microwave shielding leakage test must be performed using a survey meter after any microwave service. This repair should be done only by a qualified service technician. I have provided a link To Sears Home Services if you decide to schedule service. It may be cost effective to just replace the unit, I have also provided a link to the Microwave section of Sears.com to price out what a replacement would cost.
