Thank you for your question. I know it can be disappointing when the ice dispenser doesn't work properly. If the auger motor is running but no ice is coming out, it can be due to a stripped coupling on the motor shaft. Pull the ice bucket out and you will see the coupling on the shaft. It should be hard to turn. If it spins freely, the coupling # W10169511 will need to be replaced. Also check the threads on the motor shaft. If the threads are damaged, the motor # W10181208 will also need to be replaced. I'm attaching a picture with instructions to remove the coupling. I hope this will help you.
