Kenmore washer model# 48102 turns on by it self.

Washer turns on by itself and sometimes it will fill with water overnite when machine is off.....

Your symptoms point to a failure in the electronic control board (part 134732919) that is mounted in the control console. If you want to fix this problem yourself, then you will probably need to replace that component. You can order that part from this page:

Control Board for Kenmore Washer Model 417.48102

. Be sure that you

unplug the washer

before accessing and replacing internal components. You can pull off the top panel of the washer by removing the screws at the very back of that top panel. The first images shows how to remove that top panel. The next 3 images show how to remove the console and the control board from the washer.
