What does eco warm mean for Kenmore Washer 796.4117? Are all the rinses cold?

The manual for 796.41172211 is confusing at best. A temperature chart for the wash and rinse temperatures at the possible settings would be nice.

The water temperature for the rinse is 75 and this is considered cold per the temperature chart.

Was my understanding correct that this washer only rinses with cold and that the discussion of warm rinses in the manual is irrelevant?

Hi,

Thank you for asking this question and allow me to answer it this way.

The temperatures are all target temperatures and the eco temps is 75 degrees +/- 10 degrees. My understanding is that the temperatures are for the eco is going to be lower than the warm temperatures. I would be nice to have a target temperature chart but I believe there are too many variables. Building shapes and water pipe runs from the water heater to the washers are just one of the concerns for water temperature at the faucet. I will pass along to the factory your concern for the temperature chart posted to the owners manual.

I hope this answer is useful and that it helps you correct the problem with your appliance.
