The "F9" fault code is indicating the control has detected a problem with the Door Latch Motor assembly or latch motor circuit. The door lock switches should be tested and the door lock electrical circuit. The door must be closed in order for the door switch to energize. Try pushing inwards on the door and keep tension on it while starting a clean cycle. Try starting then canceling a clean cycle to clear the error code. Once the failed part is replaced or repaired the F9 will clear. If it continues to display F9, I recommend service. You can have it repaired at your home by a Sears technician.
