How do I run diagnostics on a new Whirlpool Dishwasher (Model: WDT790SAYM)?

Have a dishwasher that 1.5 years old and it fills with water, heats the water and that's it! It does not continue with the wash cycle. Any ideas on how to run diagnostics and interpret the codes? Thank you!

My whirlpool WDT790 SAMYO needs to get unplugged to restart it before every use. The start light blinks 3 times, and the noise pings 15 times when you try to do a normal start.

Thank you for your question and I understand your concern.

I added two images below which will include the complete tech sheet which can also be found on your dishwasher. The tech sheet could be located behind the toe plate, under the tub or behind the control panel.

The tech sheet will show you how place the dishwasher in the Service Diagnostic cycle and it will have the list of fault codes.

I hope this is helpful. If I may be of further assistance as more details become available, please reply to this post.
