Remove the cable from the bail arm on the handle.
Remove the bolt securing the cable housing to the handle.
Remove the spark plug wire.
Remove the belt cover on the front of the mower.
Tip the mower onto its side so the oil fill tube is down. This makes it easier to see where the cable connects.
Unhook the cable end from the transmission.
Use a pair of pliers to squeeze the cable clip from the bottom to remove the cable housing from the mower housing.
Route the cable in the same direction and reverse these steps to connect the cable.
Make sure to secure the cable to the handle with wire ties if needed.

I hope this assists you better. Please let me know.

I can understand your need for some type of instructions on how to properly replace the drive belt on your mower. While you are waiting for your expert answer, I did some research on the unit. At this time, I was unable to locate information that would be helpful in regards to your question. Some of these questions that are asked will need specific research and will be answered by an expert with-in two business days but usually sooner.
