Why am I getting cold water on the cold, cool and warm water settings on my Kenmore washer?

I have a new Kenmore washer, I think the model is 20022013. I get the about the same amount of water filling the machine on all 4 temperature settings but I get the same cold water on the cold, cool and warm settings. The water on the hot setting is hot. Why am I not getting cool and warm water? Thank you.

I know that it can be very difficult to have issues with your washer. The warm water temperature will be regulated to 78 degrees. It's not going to regulate the incoming water, the target temperature is to have the water temperature at 78 degrees plus of minus a few degrees in the tub after it has completed filling. So, once the tub is full of water the target temperature is 78 degrees plus or minus 5 degrees. The water temperatures are regulated by the temperature switch and the by the water inlet with vacuum break and thermistor. If your cold water supply is already near 78 degrees the hot water valve is not going to open in order to add any hot water. There is not likely anything wrong with your washer if the water temperature is approximately 78 degrees after the tub has filled. Normally this is regulated by an Automatic Temperature Control depending on the model. If you need further assistance, please reply to this thread. Thank you for using Manage My Life.
