No need to spend tons on a top brand name

Excellent Value!

This television has a great picture; clean, sharp, and bright. It was inexpensive, so we were apprehensive about the purchase at first. It turned out to be a great investment and we're very happy with it. It has all the features we wanted, for a whole lot less!

Overall good quality and great value with just one major quirk.

This TV probably would have been a five star product because of the overall good quality and phenomenal value. Picture clarity is amazing and it's easy to set up and start watching right away.
Smart TVs are several hundred dollars more for many features that I would never use. This TV is very basic in comparison, however, once I connected my DVR and AppleTV, it's a beautiful entertainment product.
My only BIG gripe is that the digital audio out is an RCA coax output. Sound bars and most home theatre system use optical cable (toslink) connections which make the coax output on this TV somewhat useless. I had to buy this funky adaptor (that you have to plug in to a wall outlet) on Amazon that converts digital coax to optical for 25.00.
