I bought this matters for guest bedroom with 5 years warrenty after 2 month there was big dent in the middle and sides broken like cardboard. I was transfered from one dept to other before got an respond. I e-mailed them pictures and wrote letters and did forms but they keep asking for more finally I told them why they just send someone to see it but I was told they can not do that. I can'nt spend any more of my time and money for this. I am very disappointed in Sear and I believe all this warrenty assurance is a Scam just for custmoer to shop from them.

I purchased this queen plush mattress and the matching box springs for $399.99 for the set. It was a clearance/closeout item. The regular price was $999.99. This is an extremely comfortable mattress. Excellent quality. Great price. I have already recommended this to friends. I saw a similiar set elsewhere for about $1000.00. I am surprised that this is a closeout item. I am happy I received mine before they are gone.

I purchased this when it was on sale (60% off). Excellent for the price. Pillow top is just soft enough but still provides enough firm support for a side sleeper. I have already rec it to friends. I would buy this again. Delivery was fast and the people were very nice.

Bought this bed for my friends daughter. She absolutely loves it. Says it is the best bed she has ever had and can't believe how comfortable it is. Says for the first time in years she actually wakes up and feels rested. Mom, daughter and I all believe this was an excellent purchase and really good value for the money spent.

A queen for my liittle "Queens"

I bought two of these mattresses for my 12 & 14 year old daughters. They have slept in everyday since we bought these. They say the mattresses are so comfortable and they don't want to leave their beds, so getting them ready for school is now more crazier in the morning thean ever. I got a such a great deal on-line and with free shipping, the wife and I counld not pass them up. Our girls were in 15 year old single mattresses and these queens are just the perfect size for them since they never stop growing. Now, our other 10 year old daughter thinks her old full size needs a make-over like her sisters' and wants us to get her one too. Thanks again for making our daughters happy. Great for the price!

I bought this mattress thinking it wasn't going to be that great because it was so cheap (price wise). I had the lovely suprise to see that it is actually a very nice mattress for its value. I did a lot of shopping around looking for  mattress around the same price range and everywhere I went they had very low coil counts and turnover counts... The mattress is discribed as plush but it still has a nice firm feel to it. I Love it. If you need something that isn't too expensive but is still good quality and great feel this is the mattress for you.

Sealy Brooks Point Mattess is a wonderful product.

We bought this for our 4 yr old granddaughter, and she loves it!  We like it too, and you can't beat the price.  We have bought a lot more expensive ones that aren't nearly as nice.  We would definitely buy another one!  The delivery was on time, and the delivery people were in and out in about 5 mins., even though they had lots of steps to climb.
