Best for the money

I have owned just about 3 Seiki brand tvs, each one has had a picture quality competing with the Samsung or other name brands. This one has excellent picture good sound, and the design is modern and sleek. Not as many inputs as my other Seiki tv's but for the price i couldnt expect more. I definatly recommend this tv and any Seiki product to a friend.

less than 3 hrs run time and has already quit - Junk

purchases this as an extra tv in rec room. have used less than 3 hrs total in 6 months. turned it on and could smell something hot. turned off and could see smoke coming from rear of tv. tried to get ahold of mfg company and can not get an answer from customer service. I would have been better off going to ******* and get junk that I knew would not last very long than to spend the money with Sears on a brand that they also do not stand behind, you have to contact mfg and that is impossible. apparently. just out.

Good Price

I purchased two Seiki Televisions; a 32 inch for the bedroom and a 20 inch for the Kitchen wall. Overall the picture quality is very good for the price and will purchase an upgrade (name brand) soon for the bedroom. One of the remote control stop working and I contacted Sears to purchase a new remote. I was informed by the store clerk to contact the manufactory in order to receive a new remote. I e-mailed them twice and left my telephone number and has not been contacted by anyone as of yet.

overall good

I purchased this for my younger son for his birthday. It was easy to put the stand on and it sits nicely on a desk. He loves it, but the picture is slightly blurred when he is playing games on it. The picture also looks a little off when looking at an angle and we had to play with it a lot to adjust the color and everything. Overall a good TV for the price.

Doesn't pick up HD stations - no QAM tuner

This TV does not have the QAM tuner so won't bring in HD channels. Wouldn't you think all flat screen tv's would have this? We brought it home and when setting it up, it didn't bring in any HD stations. After researching on the web found the QAM tuner wasn't included in the particular tv; returned it to the store. It doesn't indicate this in the specs either.

Loved the price, fits perfect on my shelf in my bedroom. It was very easy to assemble and light enough for me to place on my shelf. Picture quality is good, sound is okay.

Decent 32" 720p 60Hz LED HDTV

Satisfied with this purchase. Bought it about two weeks ago to use at our businesses. The resolution is decent and the color quality is okay. It's a fairly good value for the money. At this 32" screen size, you really can't tell whether it's 1080p or 720p unless you look really up close.

Great Picture, Price and size for bedroom

unpacked it, set on dresser, easy to use remote control cant beat price anywhere else and I shopped around to find the best deal Purchased 32" with extended warranty

Less than one star. Substandard TV. Do not buy.

hard to assemble, color is terrible, impossible to connect with customer service. After holding for more than a hour, I gave up. Very poor product.

Good Picture but requires HDTV Cable box for HDTV Cable

Great picture good sound, two HDMI ports. But does not have a QAM tuner so you will not see HDTV channels over raw cable. Does fine for HDTV over the air and works well with a cable box.

Good TV for a Great Price

Purchased this item a few days ago and it was so easy to set up. The screen is so clear and in less than 5 minutes I was ready to go. It was definitely worth the money.

Hi! Base points are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Bonus Points and offers are usually much shorter. Sometimes points expiration info is available when you click the tab "Rewards Points" in the upper right corner. If you click on "View your account history" it will sometimes show if you have special points that have been added to your account that have a short time in which to use them. Surprise points offers can be seen by clicking on "Rewards Points" then the orange letters "See all". Also, if you are a SYWR Bonus Member and opted-in to receive emails at your regular email address from SYWR they will usually send you an email if you have points that are getting ready to expire. If you are a SYW Bonus member they also often show your points info on e-receipts and other emails. Keep an eye on your "Home" page, too, because those points expire fairly soon. Points info is also on your receipt when buying in store. Hope that helps!

Hi! Call the SYWR Customer Service at 1-800-991-8708, 8 AM-11PM CST, 7 days a week, except for certain holidays. Choose the option that lets you talk to a Representative. They are usually very helpful and polite. Hope that helps!
