For my back problem I needed a firn mattress. So, I did a lot of research both on the internet and also by visiting stores.
The reviews of people who bought this item also helped me to decide. And when I went to the store to lay down on the Serta Audrey I found the Audrey to match both my wallet and my back.
A good mattress at a good price but Sears would not let us pick up at store 10 miles away like we do on other items. Not a good buy when you include the delivery cost.

Received this item x2 today and found them fairly light in construction but should be good for my two young boys.

The problem was with the tears and dirt on the sides of the mattresses. They came wrapped in plastic, however the plastic was torn where the mattresses had been handled poorly (drug against floors). One was rubbed all the way down to the inner spring in one corner.

Other then the poor condition I still think Serta makes a good mattress.

When I called the store about the problem they just refunded the charges and reorder new ones with no problem, just have to wait some more.

I love this mattress. I was looking for a firm mattress that I could use on my platform bed without a boxspring and this one was perfect. I get a great night's sleep all the time. Unfortunately, you cannot flip this mattress, but I think that's okay because it is made so well that I cannot imagine it wearing out like an inexpensive non-brand name one.

We have been using Serta's firm mattress for the past 2 years. It is very comfortable. In particular, my husband has a back problem, and sleeping on this firm mattress has not created any back-aches for him for the past 2 years.
